Hakko FM-204 desoldering station

The Hakko FM-204 is a desoldering station with an accompanying desoldering gun and stand, used for removing solder. The station has an inbuilt pump, which is activated when the trigger on the gun is pulled. This can suck hot solder away from a component or circuit board.

There is a fume extractor beside the station, which must be switched on at all times when using a soldering or desoldering station. All prospective users must complete the uCreate soldering training. Use is limited to staffed hours only.

For removal of leaded solder, only use the tip marked Pb.
