Meta Quest 3 is the latest headset from Meta.

 

For first-time users: It is recommended to start with the First Steps app which teaches you how to navigate in your virtual space.

 

  1. Open the Store app from the floating bottom panel in front of you.
  2. Enter First Steps for Quest 2 in the search bar at the top of your window.
  3. Install and start the app when ready.
